Four Seasons - 1972

Suite of four lithographs with an image size of about 16 1/4 x 21 7/8"and a sheet size of 21 1/2 x 26 5/8"" published by Jean Estrade of Les Heures Claires in 1972. The Estrade blind stamp is usually present on the lithographs. Each lithograph is signed by Dali in the lower right. The paper is Arches. This is only sold as the complete suite.

Lopsinger lists this suite as an edition of 195. Field shows images of the artwork and states that the suite consists of "4 lithographs from original gouaches." He indicates the published was Les Heures Claires, Paris and Torino / ACB Geneva but also states that there is "No Proof of that the Original is a work of Salvador Dali." He rejects the suite for lack of proof. Thus in Europe, this suite is considered authentic, and in the U. S. it is not. You make the decision.
